T NATION | Dispelling the Glute Myth

As a formerly ass-less man, I can attest to the efficacy of the glute ham raise. The only problem I've encountered is stopping my upper body from sliding when flat on the floor. You will be surprised at how much weight you can handle. It is by far the best thing you can do to work your butt (right after getting off of it). So far all you people who have problems keeping your pants up, do these and you maybe able to go belt-less one day soon.
