ART and MUA
I have been to several new Doctors trying to get my rib condition fixed and I may have done it. Between Jeff and Brian, and Alice, we just about have this licked. If you travel between Lafayette and Houston and need some therapy then look no further than these fine professionals.

I'm actually considering getting back into massage and getting ART certified.

ART - Active Release Technique
Well I have found the cure. ART. Alice is a magician and they are all they claim to be. Professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. One treatment and I can see the end of this. If you are injured, this is more than likely the treatment option for you.

Super squat hip belt
If your having back problems and want to keep up your leg training the this is for you. It makes the most comfortable dip belt also. Its a bit tricky setting the balance and getting to where you can get below parallel. I've found that 4 - 4x8" do quite nicely. Get a few extra daisy chains and carbiners to tweak it how you like it. Make sure the carbiners have at least a one inch opening.
